It matters who you hire! The previous contractor installed a shower pan that failed causing leakage and molding.

The damage

We needed to reinforce the joists & install new sub floor.

We also had to replace tile floor, tile walls, mud pan.

After the demo we installed a marble-look tile with darker gray floor & glass shower walls & door to open up the space.

In the end, we not only resolved the molding issue but also installed durable, impervious tile that will stand the test of time.
